Francisco Dimaano passed away on Monday, May 13, 2013 at the age of 81 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 55 years Florentina Dimaano; seven children, Ofalia D. Mouta (Carlos) of Calgary, Efren Dimaano (Imelda), Rosie D. Villanueva (Alfredo), Francisco Dimaano Jr. (Jovelyn), Robert Dimaano (Myral), Florence D. Barrientos (Torla) and Reynaldo Dimaano (Adilena) all of the Philippines; adopted son Husto Tabije (Jean) of the Philippines; numerous grandchildren, Joseph, Godfrey, Moses and Maryflor of Calgary, and Irene, MaryAnn, Joseph, Angelo, Franklin, Cheryl Joy, Gilbert, Robert Dan, Christian, Jhonalyn, Rhialyn, Jhon Rey, Jilian, Joey, Rhie, Morieth and Herkel.; sister, Virginia Abitria of San Diego, CA; and many more family and friends. He was predeceased by a son, a daughter and a brother. A Funeral Service will be held for Francisco at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel (4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Sunday, May 19, 2013 at 2:00 pm. with viewing starting at 1:00 pm.
