Frances Christina Bates

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our mother Frances Bates who passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 9, 2015 at the age of 83 years after a long battle with cancer. She will be lovingly remembered by her husband Elgin, children, step children, grandchildren and family and many more family and friends. A Memorial Service will be held for Frances at Pierson’s Garden of Peace Chapel (243208 Garden Road NE, in Rocky View Garden of Peace Cemetery, Calgary) on Wednesday, September 16, 2015 at 2:00 pm. If friends so desire, donations may be made to the Tom Baker Cancer Center (Alberta Cancer Foundation, www.albertacancer.ca)
