We are devastated to announce the sudden passing of our sweet little Foxx who passed in his mother's arms on the way to the hospital early morning on Monday, March 25, 2024. His death was pronounced at Alberta Children's Hospital at 3:31am.
Foxx was the strongest little man we ever knew, born February 9, 2021 in Calgary at 30 weeks and 6 days to parents, Candace Fisher and Devin Walsh. He fought fight, after fight, in the NICU to overcome every obstacle and make it home to his family. His siblings, Jaydyn, Jewel, Phoenyx, Harper, Legend, Violet and Storm all adored him and spent every minute they had with him showing him how truly special he was to us.
Foxx was the ultimate charmer. His smile could melt your heart, and his tiny ooh's and coo's and sweet giggles, had everyone doting over him. Even after many uncomfortable hospital stays he would still smile and stare with those big beautiful brown eyes. Showing us all nothing but love. Foxxy loved riding in his wheelchair, going for walks, old cartoons and lights! Oh my gosh did he love lights, his favourite being the Christmas tree, that we always kept up extra long just for him. He was such a special boy to us, he brought so much to our family.
Our loss is indescribable, unbearable, and so sudden. He will be loved for eternity, and remembered daily by all of us. We miss you Foxxy Boy, please always know how deeply you were cherished and how grateful we were to be your parents and siblings. You were truly the definition of perfection.
