Elsie Marie Mitzner

Marie Mitzner passed away on Wednesday October 16, 2019 at the age of 62 years. She is pre-deceased by her parents, John and Lilly. Marie will be lovingly remembered by her children, Michael Andrew Farness, Tricia Marie (Dukhi) Flaman, Justin Murray Flaman, Dexter Gordon (Kirsten) Flaman, Preston Joseph Daniel Montour; 8 grandchildren, Aurora, Jade, Jocelyn, Alexis, Walid, Fatimah, Khadijah & Jonathan. Marie was a loving mother who kept her home open to all who needed her help. She was ‘mom’ to everyone. She possessed a brave and determined personality, fighting a two year long battle with cancer. She found comfort in her church community and was a devout and active member. A Memorial Service will be held for Marie at Lord of All Lutheran Church (112 Lakeside Blvd, Strathmore, AB) on Saturday October 26 at 2:00pm
