Elma Eunice Babiuk

Elma Babiuk, formally of Calgary, passed away peacefully at the East Kootenay Regional Hospital in Cranbrook, B.C., at the age of 87 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her siblings Anne Midtle, Josephine Beeber, David Polay, Martin Polay, and Henry Polay; as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her husband Peter; her parents John and Annie Polay; her siblings Lily, Eva, George and Paul; as well as two nephews Darrell and Leslie. Elma was born in Rosebud, AB, but spent most of her life in Calgary. She was a very special person, was greatly loved by all and will be missed by all her family. Graveside gathering will be held at Queen’s Park Cemetery, 3219 – 4 St. NW, on Wednesday, August 31, 2011 at 1:00 p.m. Messages of condolence may be forwarded to the family at www.piersons.ca.
