Elizabeth Ann Senior

Betty Senior passed away on Wednesday July 3, 2019 after a years long battle with cancer. She was 66 years of age. Betty was born and raised in St. Catharine’s, ON before moving to Alberta. She is survived by her devoted husband of 24 years, Ronald. Betty was a long time member of the Royal Canadian Legion serving for 18 years in the Ladies Auxiliary. She was the branches first Vice President. Betty was kind hearted and friends and family were often the recipients of her generousity. Her warmth also extended to animals. She would foster kittens in her home and was particularly interested in wolves. Betty was creative and crafty. She enjoyed making costumes for all occasions.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Calgary Humane Society.

A Celebration of Betty’s life will be held at Royal Canadian Legion – Calgary #1 Branch (116 – 7 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Sunday July 21, 2019 at 1:00 pm.
