Eleanor “Queenie” Mcdowell

It is an honour to pass the baton to our Lord Jesus Christ who we’re sure will welcome Mom with His open arms. Mom lived her 100+ years walking with the Lord every minute of her entire life, and many were blessed by her living testimony to the Lord.

To welcome Mom to her eternal home are her husband Earl, sons Paul and Robert, and her daughter Sharon. Mom will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her, particularly her cherished family and extended family members.

Much thanks to Sharon Alary who lived with Mom for 7+ years, with Elaine Nodrel (ret. R.N.) and Bonnie Charman who helped me (son Ralph) provide 24 hour care for Mom to keep her safe, comfortable and happy in her own home.

Pastor Noral Woodburn from Beddington Pentecostal Church will officiate Mom’s Graveside Service at Rocky View Garden of Peace Cemetery (243208 Garden Rd, Alberta) on Thursday, August 19, 2021 at 1:00pm. All are welcome to attend. Those unable to attend and or wish to watch the graveside service from the comfort of their home may do so via this link
