Elaine Jeannette Murray

Elaine Murray passed away on January 29, 2026 at the age of 69 years.

She is survived by her siblings, Robert Houssian of Whitehorse, Yukon, Nancy Chapman of Elliot Lake, Ontario, Jameel Houssian of Leduc, Alberta & David Houssian of Millarville, Alberta; aunt and uncle, Tom & Liz Zahurachuk of Olds, Alberta; nieces, Shannon, Jennifer, Amber, Andrea and nephews, Jamie, Katlun, Duncan, and Monty; along with numerous first cousins. Elaine is predeceased by her parents, Jameel & Rose Houssian.

Elaine was an intelligent, beautiful and vibrant soul who embraced life with boundless enthusiasm. She possessed a humourous personality and leaves behind a legacy of joy, adventure and unwavering spirit. She lived a full and multifaceted life that touched the hearts of many. She also had a great love for animals.

Elaine's final resting place will be at St. Mary's Cemetery with her mother.
