Edna Elanor Affie

Edna passed away peacefully at the Cedars Villa Extendicare, in Calgary. She is survived by her two children, Robert (Bev) and Terry (Bud), as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and extended family. She was predeceased by her husband Allen in 2011 and son Dwayne in 2004. In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Calgary Humane Society (4455 110 Ave SE, Calgary), as Edna had a great passion for animals. A graveside service will be held at Queen’s Park Cemetery (3219 4 Street N.W.) on Saturday October 1, 2016, at 1200 p.m. A celebration of Edna’s life will be followed at the Son Rise Community Baptist Church (7015 32 Ave NE) at 1:30 p.m.
