Edgar “Ed” Thiessen

On Wednesday, October 31, 2018, Edgar (Ed) Thiessen, Husband, Father, Grandfather and Great Grandfather, passed away at the age of 79 years. Ed will be forever remembered by his loving wife and life long friend Agnes, and their precious children, Valerie (Rick) McNeil, Melinda (Campbell) Scherger, Ruth (Gordon) Gratton, Wayne Thiessen and 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. A Memorial Service will be held on Wednesday November 7, 2018 at 1:00 pm at Piersons Forest Lawn Chapel, 4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta All though Agnes and the family truly love flowers, it would be greatly appreciated, if friends so desire, that donations be made to The Mustard Seed Homeless Shelter.
