It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Douglas Kenneth Irvine, who passed away on September 3, 2026, at the Peter Lougheed Centre in Calgary, Alberta, at the age of 62 years.

Born on January 27, 1964, Douglas was a man of many talents—a true jack of all trades who could turn his hand to almost anything. Whether something needed fixing, building, or figuring out, Douglas had a natural ability to work with his hands and find a way to get the job done. His practical skills, resourcefulness, and willingness to lend a hand made him someone you could rely on to have something done right.

He will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered.
