Dorothy Vigor

VIGOR, Dorothy August 22, 1929 – August 23, 2013 Dorothy Vigor passed away on Friday, August 23, 2013 at the age of 84 years. She will be dearly missed by her two sons: Pat Vigor and Russ Vigor; her granddaughter Melissa Wall, all of Calgary; three brothers: Harry Connolly of Sundre, AB, Ted Connolly (Shirley) and Bruce Connolly all of Calgary; and many other relatives and friends. Dorothy was born in England and immigrated to Calgary with her family in 1941. She worked hard throughout her life and was always kind and generous to her family. Dorothy always enjoyed gardening and worked for many volunteer organizations. She is much loved and will be greatly missed. A Celebration of Dorothy’s life will be held at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel (4121 – 17 Avenue SE) on Wednesday, August 28, 2013 at 1:00 p.m.
