It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Doreen Moore, who passed away suddenly on June 4, 2015 at the age of 63.
Survived by her common law spouse, Dale Miller, her three children Yvonne Moore (Marc Lefaivre), Shelley Moore (Gerat Patterson) and Derek Moore, her five grandchildren Julian Tiedemann, Justin Tiedemann, Megan Tiedemann, Amber Ford and James Ford. In addition to her six siblings, Dave (Jewel) Wilson, John (Carol) Wilson, Jim (Freeda) Wilson, Don (Darla) Wilson, Donna (Doug) Campbell and Judy (Joe) Smith. She has one great-grandchild Annabelle Tiedemann.
Doreen is pre-deceased by her father, Maxwell Wilson, her mother, Olive Wilson, her husband, Kenneth Moore and her grandson Dylan Tiedemann.
She had a great love for animals, good times and laughter.
A memorial service will be held at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel (4121, 17 Avenue S.E., Calgary) on Saturday, June 20, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
In lieu of flowers people can donate to the Canadian Lyme Disease Foundation, a charity close to Doreen’s heart.
