Donna Mae Jacobson
October 10, 1965 — September 6, 2018
Donna Jacobson departed this life suddenly and went home to the angels on Thursday September 6, 2018 at the age of 52 years.
Donna was born in Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan and moved to Calgary in 1973 with her family where she has resided since.
Donna is survived by her son, Bruce and daughter Joanne (Robert). She also leaves behind her three sisters Judy (John), Teresa (Len) and Tammy (Kevin). She is predeceased by her father Harry Jacobson and mother Helen Zonneveld. She will also be lovingly remembered by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and great friends.
Donna had a strong and straight forward personality. She loved to cook, play Bingo, watch TV and spend time with her family. Donna was a brave soul, but had a huge heart that touched so many. Donna lived a full life, and in the end fought a good fight.
A Funeral Service for Donna will take place at Pierson’s Funeral Service (4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Monday September 24 at 2:30pm.
