Dene Lee O’Bray

Dene O’Bray passed away on Wednesday, September 13, 2017 at the age of 65 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his siblings Bryan O’Bray, Cheryl Bischoff and Kerry (Diane) O’Bray; nieces Terra, Katrina and Victoria; nephew Spencer; and many more family and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Lubert & Margaret O’Bray, brother-in-law Ivan Bischoff and nephew Troy. Dene was born and raised in Calgary, AB. He was an owner/operator of a gravel truck and enjoyed many years working on City of Calgary projects. Dene’s family would like to express their gratitude to the staff of Chinook Hospice for the kind and compassionate care they gave him. A Funeral Service will be held for Dene at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints – 44th Street Chapel (833 – 44 Street SE, Calgary) on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at 11:00 am. If friends so desire, donations may be made in memory of Dene to Chinook Hospice (1261 Glenmore Trail SW, Calgary, AB T2V 4Y8).
