Deborah Jean Patterson

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of our beloved daughter, sister, and aunt. Predeceased by her mother, Mary, in 1992, Deb is survived by her father Niel (Sophie), her sister Kathleen Puhan (Mark), her brother Allan (Lori), her brother Rick (Sharren), ten nieces and nephews and three great nephews. Deb was an animal lover, a talented artist, and a film enthusiast. She was also the grateful recipient of two kidney transplants and would want everyone reading this to go to MyHealthAlberta.ca and sign up to be an organ donor. She suffered greatly with many health complications over thirty years but is finally at peace. Godspeed, Deb. We will miss you always. Our greatest thanks to the ICU team at the Foothills hospital where Deb received the best of care and compassion. If friends so desire, memorial tributes can be made to the Kidney Foundation of Canada or to an animal rescue of your choice. Services will be held at Pierson’s Forest Lawn Chapel (4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Friday, June 28, 2019 at 2:00 pm.
