David Wayne Fritzler

David Fritzler passed away suddenly at the Foothills Hospital on September 25, 2022 at the age of 54.

He will be dearly missed by his wife, Sandra Holmes; parents, Ruth and Phil Fritzler; children, Dustin Fritzler, Amanda & Micheal Surovy, Carlos and Carmela Boucher; siblings, Brian (Debbie) Fritzler and Sherry (Dale) Borchert; niece; Crystal Fritzler; nephews, Cory Borchert, Cody and Braeden Fritzler; great-niece Chloe Smits; cousins, Paul & Trevor Warkentine, Carey Fritzler, Connie & Craig Fritzler, Dean, Justin & Tiffany Fraser; aunts and uncles, Bob & Madeline Warkentine, Kenith Fritzler, Norm & Carol Fritzler and Darlene Fraser. David will also be missed by his grandchildren; Noah, Isaiah, Talon and Ayla. David was predeceased by his grandparents, Herbert & Rose Fritzler, Dave & Esther Warkentine; uncle, Chester Fraser; aunt, Virgina Fritzler; cousins, Keith Fritzler and Josh Fraser.

David was born in Vulcan, AB but spent most of his life in Calgary. He was a family man who had a passion for motorbikes, camping and fishing. He loved to build things, BBQ and could be found gardening or spending time with his family. He will be lovingly remembered for his hard working attitude and love of life.

David will be missed by many friends.

A Memorial Service will be held for David at Eastside Victory Church (1840 – 38 Street SE, Calgary) on Friday October 7, 2022 at 2:00pm.
