Danilo Brillantes Perez

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Danilo ‘Dani’ Perez of Calgary, Alberta on Sunday, July 23th, 2023 at the age of 70 years.
Dani was born in Manila, Philippines in 1952 to Vivencio and Ceferina Perez. He met his best friend and love of his life, Noemi in the church in Manila in 1984 . They got married on March 18, 1991 and started a family in 1992. Right after they were married, he came to Canada to visit his parents and siblings before immigrating in 1997 with Noemi, and his sons, Delon and Derek. A few years later, their family became bigger with their daughter, Nikki.
Dani was a man of many passions – he loved sharing the Word of God and served in many churches around Calgary through singing with his family. He loved to make people laugh with his countless jokes and always made sure your belly was full with his incredible cooking.
Dani will be remembered by his loving wife of 32 years Noemi; incredible children Delon, Derek (Jessica), and Nikki. He will be dearly missed by his siblings Ernie (Hilary) Perez, Aurora (Henry) Balanon, Carmelita Perez, Perlito Perez and his numerous other family members and friends.
A Prayer Service will be held at 7:30 PM on Friday, July 28th at Bridgeland SDA Church (48 – 12th Street NE, Calgary).
A Visitation/Prayer Service will be held at 7:00 PM on Saturday, July 29th at Chestermere FiL-Can SDA Church (245014 Conrich Road, Rocky View).
A Funeral Service will be held at 4:00 PM on Sunday, July 30th at Garden Road SDA Church, (155 – 100 Street NE, Calgary).
