She is survived by her children, Akol Kuol, Madaraka Kuol, Nyagot Nyin, Amera Nyin & Nyankiir Nyin; siblings, Jackilin Aluk of Bothell, WA, Deng Abiem of Australia, Amelia Abiem of Seatle, WA, Nybiol Abiem of Seattle, & Paul Abiem in Sudan; many extended family in Canada, USA, Australia and Sudan. She is predeceased by her sister, Abuk Deng(2017).
A Funeral Service will be held for Christina at Pierson's Forest Lawn Chapel (4121 - 17 Avenue SE, Calgary) on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at 1:00 pm. Visitation will begin at 12:00pm. Graveside Service will follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens (1605 100 St SE, Calgary) at 2:30pm.
