Bud (Lloyd) Goacher

It is with profound sadness that the family of Bud Goacher announces his peaceful passing on Saturday January 29 at the age of 77.

He will be lovingly remembered by his partner of 35 years, Nola; his daughters Deanna (Glen) and Kim (Morgan) and his precious new furbaby Frost. Grandpa Budgie will be sadly missed by his granddaughters Gracyn and Camryn who truly were the light of his life. Also left to mourn are his younger brothers Steve (Heather), John (Heather), their families and his former Spouse Vi (Bill). Bud was predeceased by his parents Hilda and Lloyd, his older brother Mike and his son-in-law Darcy.

Bud was always an incredibly hard worker, loyal to a fault and the first to raise his hand when anyone needed help. He was a huge sports fan and passionate about anything that gave him joy. He did not have an inside voice and was sometimes inappropriate, often to the embarrassment of his daughters but that was one of the things they loved about him most. He was always the life of the party, a teller of jokes and impossible to forgot once you’d met him. He will be missed by countless relatives, golf buddies and friends. He was an amazing man and his passing leaves a giant hole in the hearts and lives of those that loved him most. We wanted more years but will forever treasure the ones that we had.
