Bruce James Rodman

Bruce Rodman passed away suddenly at home in Calgary on Sunday, May 3, 2020 at the age of 62 years. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife Dana; children Tristan (Chelsey) Rodman of Calgary, AB and Rachelle Rodman of Fort St John, BC; grandchildren Peyten, Zackary, Vanessa and Natalie; father Keith Rodman of Markdale, ON; sister Pat (Les) McKinnon of Mantague, PEI; brother Rick (Theresa) Rodman of Barrie, ON; and many more family and friends. He was predeceased by his mother Jean Rodman and brother Jack Rodman.

Bruce was born and raised in Scarborough, ON. In his younger years the family moved to Berkeley, ON. He met and married Dana and moved to Calgary in 1983, which has been their home ever since. They were blessed with two wonderful children, Tristan and Rachelle. Bruce was a true ‘Handyman.” He could fix anything and loved helping his friends and family with fixing anything they needed. He worked in a number of different careers over the years including construction, moving, driving an armored car and in a cheese factory. He also enjoyed NASCAR and could be found watching it on any given Sunday. Bruce was a wonderful father to his two children, loving, helping and providing for them in any way he could.

A Private Family Service will be held for Bruce and then a Celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
