Bradley Darren Clarke

January 13, 1969 — December 20, 2019

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of a dear husband, father, father-in-law, grandfather, uncle, son, brother, brother-in-law and a dear friend to many, at the age of 50.

Brad lost his battle on December 20, 2019 after a lengthy illness with cancer.

Brad absolutely loved and adored his wife Lynette of 27 years. He also loved being a dad to his boys, Jordan, Joshua and Lucas – especially attending their football and hockey games. In recent years, he loved being a poppy to his three granddaughters, Avery, Blake and Willow. Brad’s humour was the source of much laughter and awkward moments. His dedication to his family, attitude, leadership and positive nature was appreciated by all who were blessed to have known him.

Brad had an appreciation for the beauty of nature and God’s creation. He loved barbecuing, bonfires, quading, card games, boil ups, fishing, collecting antiques, and completing projects around the house.

He was loved and adored by his family and friends, more than words could ever express.

He was predeceased by his grandfather, Walter Walsh; grandmother, Bernice Walsh; grandfather John Clarke; grandmother Edith Clarke.

Brad leaves to remember and mourn his loving wife Lynette; sons, Jordan (Jessica) Clarke, Joshua (Ashlee) Clarke, and Lucas (Cassidy) Clarke; granddaughters, Avery Clarke, Blake Clarke and Willow Clarke; parents Renold and Joan Clarke; sister Rene (Randy); in-laws, Rayfield and Phoebe Rideout, Bev (Terry), Debbie (Melv), Dwain (Karla), and Deon (Holly); a number of nieces (Joelle, Rebekah, Jenna, Macey, Lauren, Layla), nephews (Jonathan, Jonah, Jack) and many close friends.

A Celebration of Brad’s Life will be held on December 29, 2019 at King of King’s Pentecostal Church (17 Church Lane, Kings Point, NL, A0J 1H0).

A private interment will follow at the Interfaith Cemetery in Kings Point for his family. As well, a lunch will be provided for family and out of town guests at the firehall.
