With disbelief and broken hearts, Blake’s mother Chevonne, father Fabio and older brother Brandon, together with grandma Bernice, tearfully confirm his suicide on April 8, 2017 at age 17. He is also survived by his sister Carina, and grandmother Lidia, of Montreal, as well as numerous relatives in Alberta and Quebec. He will also be missed by his beloved dogs Tubby Lumpskins and Valentina, his best friend Zach, and many other friends
An open house to honour and remember Blake will be held at the Strathcona Community Association (277 Strathcona Drive SW) on Monday, April 17, 2017 from 3:00 to 5:30 pm. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association (www.cmha.ca) or Cybersmile Foundation, an international Non-profit promoting positive and productive use of the internet.
