It is with great sadness that the family of Auguste (Gus) Thompson announces that he passed away Thursday, June 7, 2012 at the age of 69 years. Auguste leaves behind his loving wife of 43 years Lorna Thompson; his three children Brent (Kim) Thompson, Charlene Marshall (Duane Schick) and Shane (Laura) Thompson; as well as his grandchildren Phoenix Marshall, Tage Thompson, Payson Marshall, Tyce Thompson and Brayden Thompson; his brother Armond Thompson, sisters Adele Kroli and Carol Seeley, as well as many other family and friends. He will be forever in our hearts and always remembered. A Funeral Service will be held at Center Street Church Bridgeland Campus formally known as Gateway international Church 235 8A Street N.E. on Wednesday, June 13, 2012 at 1:00P.M. A Visitation will take place prior to the service starting at 12:00 Noon. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Canadian Diabetes Association #204, 2323 32 Avenue NE Calgary, AB T2Z 6Z3.
