
On Tuesday, September 12, 2023 Aspyn Lyn Schaeffer of Strathmore, Alberta passed away at the age of 22 years.
Aspyn was a playful individual who was strong willed and independent. She was a fun loving spirit that was incredibly funny. Aspyn was a writer and loved to create beautiful pictures. She is known to be stubborn but Aspyn will be missed by all that knew her.
Aspyn is survived by her mother Carole Walker (Joe); father Rick Schaeffer; sister Sierra; brothers Chace and Chance all of Calgary Alberta; her partner Christian of Strathmore; Gramma Geraldine, Aunty Nadine of Prince George, British Columbia, Aunty Chantelle of New Aiyanish, British Columbia, Uncle Mike of Prince George, Uncle Cyprian and Uncle Willy, both of New Aiyanish; numerous other cousins, relatives and friends.. She is predeceased by Grampa Norm, Gramma Florence, and Grampa Lorne.
A celebration of life for Aspyn will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at Pierson’s Funeral Chapel, 4121 – 17 Avenue SE, Calgary, Alberta. Cremation has taken place at Foothills Crematorium.

I’m so sorry for your loss it was more the a shock to have gotten this news of her passing u am from the bottom of my heart gonna miss her so much it was just on August 1st my birthday that u came over and spent the whole day and night with me and made my day very worth celebrating I still can’t believe it she gave me two tickets to the movies and we where suppose to go together it rely breaks my heart that she’s gone, but I wish her the best and may she find peace and may you all her family and close friends may you always have nothing but peace and she will always be Remeberd through u all she was the most important down to earth and kindest hearted and most understanding girls I have had the pleasure to have been able to meet and spend the time we did together Rip huni love you aspen like I said brings forever and for internity <3 <3

So very sorry for your loss. I enjoyed Aspyn, having many sleepovers out at our acerage and the motel and get togethers when all the girls were little. She was a lovely, independent young lady and this is very sad news. She will be missed from lace, Megan and I, (Kristal) Jensen. Carol and rest of your family, my sincere deepest condolences 💛💛💛
