Armalya “Amalia” Cornelia Belfroy

Amalia Belfroy passed away on Monday, July 27, 2015 at the age of 79 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Leonard Belfroy, Margaret (Johan) Zondag, Rob (Sandra) Belfroy and Patricia (Ron) Wear; foster children Leon Scalplock and Adrian Scalplock; eight grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; three sisters; and many more family and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Johny and parents Hubertus and Theresia Van Herwaarde. Nothing brought Amalia more joy than being a loving mother and grandmother, her family will miss her dearly. A Funeral Service will be held for Amalia at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints – Forest Lawn Chapel (833 – 44 Street SE, Calgary) on Saturday, August 1, 2015 at 1:00 pm.
