Ann Symborski

Ann Symborski passed away peacefully at the Santuari Hospice, Calgary, on Saturday, November 1, 2014 at the age of 82.
She will be dearly missed by her devoted husband of 58 years Bill; three sons Barry (Lee), Brian (Noreen) and David; six grandchildren Jocelyn, Kathleen, Jean, Shera-lee, Ruth and John; her sisters Mary Stojanowski (Mike) and Sophia Harbarenko; and brother John Senko (Sharon).
Ann was predeceased by her parents Fred and Mary Senko; and her brothers Mike, Bill and Steve.
Her sense of humour and positive spirit will be greatly missed. She will always be remembered for her selfless compassionate nature, no one ever went hungry when Ann was around. Prayer service will be held at the Holy Trinity Catholic Church, 44 Street & 15 Avenue SE, on Thursday, November 6 at 7:00 pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Trinity Catholic Church, on Friday, November 7, 2014 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at Mountain View Memorial Gardens.
The family would like to thank all the people who supported Ann in her final stages of life, especially staff and volunteers at the Santuari hospice for their compassionate care and support. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Canadian Cancer Society.
