With deepest sadness we announce the death of a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt, great aunt, grand mother, great grand mother and friend on December 8 2014. Surrounded by family at the Peter Lougheed Hospital in Calgary, Alberta she left this life peacefully to join her heavenly Father.
Ann is survived by her loving husband Victor Bernth Petersen, her sister Susan (Toad), Son Steven (Mary), Son Paul, Son Donald (Sonja), Son Phillip (Barb), Daughter Kathy, and a large extended family that included nieces and nephews and 20 grand children and 19 great grand children. Ann was predeceased by Mother Katerina, Father Paul, Brothers Paul and John and Sister Emily. Also her husband of 50 years Leslie Norman McEvoy and her step daughter Myrne. She will be greatly missed. She had a passion for gardening which always showed in whatever flower beds she had access to. She loved spending time with family and friends and hosted many a meal.
