On Wednesday, November 15, 2023 Mr. Alan McDonald of Calgary, Alberta passed away at the age of 55 years.
Alan was born to Kenneth and Agnes McDonald on December 8, 1967 in Blackburn, Scotland. He spent most of his life in Calgary. Alan’s passions were hockey and boxing. He was a generous and funny individual. Most of all Alan was a good friend and was loved by many. May you rest in peace.
Alan is survived by his son Anthony McDonald (Nelleke Avila) of Calgary; step mom, Margaret McDonald of Calgary; brothers Kenneth (Ken) McDonald of Okanagan Falls, British Columbia, James (Jim) McDonald (Shannon McDonald) of Calgary, William McDonald (Roxy Steacy) of Calgary; step sister Sherry Lynne Dowling (Glen Dowling) of Cochrane, Alberta; and numerous other relatives and friends. He is predeceased by his parents Kenneth McDonald and Agnes McDonald.
The family will gather for a private visitation. Cremation will take place at the Foothills Crematorium.
