Lori Colleen Alexander
May 16, 1961 — June 14, 2020
Lori Alexander passed away on Sunday, June 14, 2020 at the age of 59 years. She will be lovingly remembered by her children Scott Alexander (Jenny) and Madison Morley (Bret); brothers Gord Makwich (Vanessa), of Vancouver BC, Glen Makwich (Jan), of Creston, BC, and Mark Makwich (Dana), of Penticton, BC; sisters Donna Gray (Lincoln), of Calgary, AB, and Lisa Lepke (Marty) of Penticton, BC; and many more family and friends.
Lori was born in Winnipeg, MB and then raised in Calgary, AB. She enjoyed slow pitch, curling, camping, canoeing, fishing and spending time with her family. Lori also enjoyed 29 years working with Canada Post.
Lori’s family would like to express their gratitude for the kind and compassionate care of the staff at the Tom Baker Cancer Center and the Foothills Medical Center.
A service will be held at a later date. If friends so desire, donations may be made in memory of Lori to the Alberta Cancer Foundation (www.albertacancer.ca/donate).
