Donna Jean Drummond
April 3, 1941 — January 15, 2020
It is with deep sorrow and much love that we mourn the unexpected passing of Donna Jean Drummond (nee McQueen) in Calgary AB at the age of 78.
Donna will be lovingly remembered by her husband of 60 years, Harry; children, Wendy (Clayton), Tracey and Duane. She will also be dearly missed by her close friends.
She is survived by her brothers James Robert McQueen of Sussex, NB and Douglas Graham McQueen (Mavis (Patti)) of Comox, BC. She is predeceased by her parents James McQueen and Annie McQueen (nee McAleese) of Sussex, NB.
Donna was born and raised in Sussex, NB. She married Harry in 1959 and after several posts with the Armed Forces and births of her children they settled in Calgary in 1969. Harry and Donna retired to Vulcan, AB in 2002. Donna will best be remembered for her generous and caring nature. She gave of her time to several volunteer organizations including; Canvassing for the Heart and Stroke Foundation, Inn from the Cold in Calgary, AB and the Ladies Auxiliary in Vulcan, AB. These values live on in her children.
A Memorial Service will be held on January 30, 2020 at 1:30 pm at:

The family would ask that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations are made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation at heartandstroke.ca
The family wishes to send a special thank you to the staff at the Foothills Hospital CICU for their amazing care and compassion.
